Coach parties are welcome at Lady Heyes.
It would help if tour organisers or drivers could advise us beforehand of the numbers in your party and expected time of arrival so that we can ensure we have sufficient staff on site to make your visit as pleasant as possible.

Throughout the year there are various special events and celebration days.

Visiting Dogs.
Dogs are welcome at Lady Heyes but must be kept on lead and supervised at all times.
Access is restricted in certain units.
